Cycle Country Announces Rescheduling of Its Annual Shareholders` Meeting

SPENCER, Iowa--(Business Wire)--
Cycle Country Accessories Corporation (AMEX:ATC - News), announced today that it
is rescheduling its 2009 Annual Meeting which was scheduled for June 24th, 2009.

The company recently made a change in its Auditing firm to a larger,
full-service firm. (Please see SEC Form 8-K dated Wednesday May 27, 2009). With
this change of Auditors, additional time is needed for proxy solicitation.

The Annual Shareholders` meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday July 29 at
6:30 p.m. CDT at the Clay County Regional Event Center, 800 West 18th Street,
Spencer, IA 51301.
