Rabobank to sell A$377 mln uridashi bond

TOKYO, June 1 (Reuters) - Rabobank Nederland [RABN.UL] is selling a A$377 million ($304 million) uridashi bond, documents filed with Japanese financial authorities showed on Monday.

The bond will be issued on June 25, with the sales period running from June 8 to 24.

The coupon is set at 3.55 percent. The maturity date is June 14, 2011.

Rabobank is rated triple A by Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's. The bank is rated AA plus by Fitch.

Uridashis are foreign bonds sold to Japanese retail investors. (Reporting by Rika Otsuka)
