LONDON, June 1 (Reuters) - France's Societe de Financement De l'Economie Francaise (SFEF) plans to issue a three-year dollar-denominated benchmark bond, with an expected minimum size of $6 billion, IFR reported on Monday.

Guidance has been set at mid-swaps plus 25 to 30 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Royal Bank of Canada have been named to manage the deal, IFR said.

The French government created the SFEF to help banks overcome the financial crisis by providing them loans.
