Two new H1N1 cases were announced on Monday in Romania, in a 28-year-old-woman who arrived from New York on May 29 and in her 56-year-old-mother who was infected by her daughter, through secondary contact, the health ministry said.

President Traian Basescu would win a new presidential mandate if he runs in the election later this year, garnering 37.5 percent of votes, an INSOMAR survey showed.
