HONG KONG, June 2 (Reuters) - Trading in the shares of Shenzhen Expressway Co Ltd (0548.HK) and Shenzhen International Holdings Ltd (0152.HK) was suspended on Tuesday, the Hong Kong stock exchange said.
The shares were suspended pending an announcement in relation to a major and connected transaction, the companies said.
No further details were immediately available.
