WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The next two months will be critical to White House and congressional efforts to pass comprehensive healthcare reform legislation by the end of the year, U.S. President Barack Obama said on Tuesday.

"This window between now and the August (congressional) recess I think is going to be the make or break period. This is the time where we've got to get this done," Obama told reporters before a meeting with senators.
