Russia, Ukraine need commercial solution to gas row--EU

ST PETERSBURG, Russia, June 4 (Reuters) - The European Union sent a signal on Thursday it would not commit money to help settle a fresh gas dispute looming between Russia and Ukraine, saying the row required a commercial solution.
