BOCA RATON, Fla., June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Web software development company
LeadLog, LLC announced a major upgrade for dashboard, its online tool for
sales lead management. LeadLog has added new features, such as the capability
to easily locate, filter and sort prospect information and support for
managing multiple lead types alongside existing features such as automatic
to-do lists.

"Other systems have a very set way of managing information. We have both
prebuilt and customizable lead types so users have more management options.
Also, dashboard now includes a tags feature so users can categorize different
leads in the way that best suits them," explained Esteban Gonzalez, one of
LeadLog's co-founders. "With dashboard's enhanced multiple lead types support,
an insurance company, for example, can manage sales leads for individual
insurance, group insurance and life insurance in one account rather than
having three separate accounts." Gonzalez also reports, "We are in discussion
with lead-generation companies for seamless integration with dashboard."

LeadLog is also creating an applications store so users can add more features
to dashboard's platform as needed. "We didn't want a feature-bloated product,
so we're introducing the market to a new concept," said Gonzalez. "Other firms
have all the applications pre-installed or create modules that they have to
install for you. We're letting other developers create applications for
dashboard and then offer them in our online store for a price or free of
charge."

Gonzalez and his partners, Jared and Norman Opper, came together to create
dashboard as a result of their own experiences of not having a suitable lead
follow-up management system. "Without reliable reminders, you may forget to
follow up, but dashboard keeps your leads from falling through the cracks,"
said Gonzalez.

The start-up community has taken notice of dashboard, which has been in
beta-testing since February 2009 and now has over 1,000 company and government
accounts. Several technology-related blogs such as TechCrunchIT,
KillerStartups and The Next Web have posted positive reviews about LeadLog's
web-based lead manager. "Everybody loves its simplicity. They love the way it
looks and they really like that we have kept it simple," said Gonzalez. In
fact, TechCrunchIT declared, "LeadLog's ambitions seem to be forward-thinking
and innovative so it might just be the disruptive technology that is needed."

"There's a lot of software for after-sales work, but not for pre-sales," said
Gonzalez. "We've created a user-friendly tool that helps you focus on closing
the sale, and since it's all online, you can log in and use it anywhere."
LeadLog promises that integration with mobile devices is just around the
corner.

Users can currently sign up for a free account during the beta phase at
http://leadlogsys.com/signup/, which will continue for approximately another
month. After that time, LeadLog plans to launch paid accounts. Businesses will
pay a monthly fee of $25 for a two-user account, and an extra $25 for each
additional user.
