UniCredit to update investors on covered bonds -IFR

LONDON, June 5 (Reuters) - Italian bank UniCredit (CRDI.MI) plans to hold a non-deal European roadshow to update investors on its covered bond programme, which is eligible for the European Central Bank's purchasing programme, IFR said on Friday.

Investor meetings will begin in Milan on Monday and will continue in Vienna, Zurich, London, Benelux, Paris, Hamburg, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich later in the week, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

The ECB plans to buy 60 billion euros ($85.21 billion) of covered bonds in both the primary and secondary markets.
