BRIEF-Creval approves two bond issues

MILAN, June 9 (Reuters) - Italian bank Credito Valtellinese (PCVI.MI) said in a statement on Tuesday:
* Board approves Tremonti bond issue for 200 million euros ($277.5 million)
* Board also approves convertible bond issue for up to 625 million euros
