POM Wonderful Settles Lawsuit Against Fresherized Foods, Inc.

Foods, Inc. announced today a settlement to the lawsuit filed by POM Wonderful
against Fresherized Foods on September 22, 2008. The lawsuit was filed
against Fresherized Foods for false advertising and unfair competition and
alleged that Fresherized Foods sold juice labeled 100% pomegranate juice that
allegedly did not contain 100% pomegranate juice. Fresherized Foods exited
the pomegranate juice business in 2008.
