BANGKOK, June 10 (Reuters) - Thai oil refiner Bangchak Petroleum PCL BCP.BK said on Wednesday it expected its new hydrocracking unit to begin running by the end of July after it halted test runs for maintenance in late May. The unit is expected to boost Bangchak's refining capacity to 100,000 barrels per day, and raise its average run rate to 91,000 bpd for 2009, Bangchak President Anusorn Sangnumnuan said.

"We are trying to bring it in line with our schedule by the end of next month," he told Reuters. (Reporting by Pisit Changplayngam; Writing by Khettiya Jittapong; Editing by Darren Schuettler)
