New Issue-Dominion Resources sells $625 mln in debt

 June 10 (Reuters) - Dominion Resources Inc (D.N) on
Wednesday sold $625 million of junior subordinated debentures,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Citigroup, UBS, and
Wachovia were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
