Announces new management dashboards, integration with SpringCM ecosystem and
flexible licensing options

STERLING, Va., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- SpringCM(TM) Inc., the leader in
on-demand document management and workflow, announced today the availability
of new licensing options and functionality for Privia, its industry-leading
bid and proposal lifecycle management solution. Added to the Privia solution
are new management dashboards to enhance visibility into work in progress,
flexible licensing to support the dynamics of cross-company teaming on bids
and proposals in the government market, integration with the SpringCM
Platform, and enhancements in Privia's collaboration making it easier to
access documents via web links.

SpringCM introduces a new dashboard for Privia including high-level graphical
summary reports that managers and executives can use to quickly understand the
status and trends behind their business. These reports can be customized by
individual user - executive, manager or contributor - and progressive drill
down capabilities allow users to view details of any item, allowing them to
quickly identify problems or exceptions in their capture and proposal
organizations so they can be handled early.

SpringCM also introduces Privia Teammate and Privia Passport flexible
licensing options. Prime contractors must include teaming partners and
subcontractors in their bid process in order to win more business. Teammate
licenses allow these partners to be active participants in Privia-based
proposal activities during the capture and proposal phases. Teammate licenses
provide a limited "outside contributor" capability at a significantly lower
annual subscription per seat than an internal full subscriber license.
Teammates are subject to the same security rigor and controls that Privia
users rely on, but Teammate licenses can be dynamically reassigned to other
teammates as needed, further maximizing their benefit to the prime contractor.

Privia Passport subscriptions can be purchased by companies that are acting as
subcontractors or teaming partners with a prime contractor that uses Privia.
This transportable license can be used with up to four Prime contractors
simultaneously, while Prime organizations still maintain security and access
control to the Passport holder through normal administration. This reduces the
subscription or licensing costs of Privia for the Prime contractor while
increasing value to the subcontractor whose business model relies on teaming
with many Prime organizations.

Privia also introduces integration with the SpringCM ECM platform. In doing
so, Privia becomes another solution that can exchange content with any other
SpringCM content-enabled solution, whether customer developed or available on
Solution Central- SpringCM's marketplace for content applications developed by
SpringCM or its partners.

"These new additions and flexible pricing options elevate the strategic and
economic value of Privia to all companies bidding on Government contracts,"
said Steve Maier, vice president and general manager of the SpringCM
Government Solutions Division. " The new management dashboards provide real
time insight into the status of business development activities, while the new
licensing models make it possible for any company, no matter how large or
small, to team together in the most cost effective manner. The integration
with other SpringCM based solutions enables organizations to leverage the
SpringCM platform for content solutions that span the entire government
contracting lifecycle."
