CAAPLA's Foreclosure Defense Seminar to Educate Attorneys on How to Combat
Predatory Mortgage Lending

WHAT: Consumer Advocates Against Predatory Lending (CAAPLA) and
Consumer Mortgage Audit Center (CMAC) are helping Florida
attorneys learn how to detect mortgage violations within loans
              and combat predatory lending.

With foreclosure rates at an all time high, more homeowners are
seeking advice from attorneys--but attorneys in heavy
foreclosure areas need to learn how to defend their homeowner
clients against foreclosing organizations. To help, CAAPLA is
hosting the second in its ongoing Florida Bar Association-
approved Continuing Legal Education seminar, titled "Foreclosure
Defense Techniques and Business Strategies For The New Real
              Estate Market."

Event coordinator, CAAPLA, is a membership organization of
consumer advocates that aims to turn the tides on predatory
lenders throughout America. CAAPLA's goal is to make an impact
on today's economy and housing market by arming attorneys with
the knowledge and know how to successfully defend foreclosures.

Event sponsor, CMAC, is a due diligence and consulting company
specializing in the field of mortgage forensic research and
              analysis.

event, including James A. Bonfiglio, nationally renowned
