Worldwide Leader in Labeling & Blank Media Products Converges E-Commerce with
ERP for `Zero Touch` Order Processing
LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
Ignify, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leading provider of accounting
and e-commerce solutions for the mid-market and large enterprise business
segments, today announced that its eCommerce Platform has been implemented by
NEATO, a division of Fellowes, and leading provider of labeling and blank media
products. In addition, Ignify has also upgraded NEATO`s Microsoft GP (formerly
Great Plains) ERP system to seamlessly integrate with its new storefront. The
deployment heightens the overall online order processing experience by providing
a simplified, more automated experience for both its employees and customers.

At the heart of the new storefront is the Ignify eCommerce platform, an
end-to-end online product catalog, storefront and business commerce platform
providing fully automated e-commerce capabilities with seamless integration into
the Sage and Microsoft Dynamics line of ERP solutions. The platform advances
NEATO`s online operations through various arrays of features including: advanced
heuristic fraud detection, real-time reporting and Google analytics, and a
unique marketing & promotions module allowing administrators and marketing staff
to deliver promotions, edit coupons and mark discounts all on-the-fly from a
simple easy to understand dashboard.

"Choosing an e-commerce platform was a very long and arduous process. The option
to rewrite the monstrous middleware system of our new ERP solution in order have
it work with our new storefront was never a consideration," stated Melody
Moccia, financial controller for the NEATO Division at Fellowes Inc. "Ignify
played a critical role in our overhaul by providing a platform that not only
delivered the latest in interactive shopping and order processing features
enhancing our customers experience, but also integrating with our key back
office systems such as payment and shipping creating a zero touch order
processing environment right out of the box."

Ignify tackled the implementation by using a two-step process, first upgrading
GP and subsequently deploying the Ignify eCommerce integration. The eCommerce
implementation included many nuances that Ignify was able to incorporate with
logic and efficiency. For example, NEATO wanted to keep their website's look and
feel, its existing Mediaface software on its site for customers to upload
customized labels, and a shop-by function that customers use to easily find a
specific brand, size, or type of blank media or labelling product. In addition,
NEATO`s segregation from its parent company was very important to maintain for
branding purposes, so Ignify was able to sync NEATO`s GP and front store with
Fellowes`s Oracle system while still maintaining completely separate branding
for any customer-facing attributes. Ignify eCommerce allowed NEATO to maintain
this segregation while still running automated tasks and reports in GP to send
to Fellowes` back office.

"Although our core competence has always been e-commerce with over 150
deployments world-wide, our knowledge in areas such as accounting, CRM, and ERP
systems is second to none giving us a huge competitive advantage," said Sandeep
Walia, president of Ignify. "By converging e-commerce with ERP, we have helped
NEATO dramatically increase productivity from managing the storefront and
marketing promotions to processing sales orders for a fraction of the cost of
similar alternatives."

With the site`s newfound flexibility NEATO is already eyeing other areas to
expand. It recently partnered again with Ignify for its UK site and Ignify is
currently working on an online storefront for their other product brands as
well.
