has honored Eric Lawton for his business development successes in the
firm's Southeast Region.

Mr. Lawton, a resident of Wesley Chapel, FL, was awarded the prestigious
President's Award at a ceremony at the firm's headquarters in White
Plains, NY.

Eric Lawton, a vice president with the company, has more than 15 years of
experience in the energy services industry. Mr. Lawton provides leadership
and senior technical support specialist in developing bundled energy
solutions for public and private clients. These projects can include
feasibility studies, facility assessments, design, construction
administration, financing and/or ongoing service programs. Mr. Lawton also
supports contracted management coordination to Miami Dade County for their
district cooling plant in downtown Miami.

Mr. Lawton is a registered professional engineer and certified general
contractor. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South
Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
