REG-Serco Group PLC: Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 10 June 2009 Andrew
White, Group Operations Director (a person discharging managerial
responsibility), exercised a nil cost option over 12,943 ordinary shares in the
Company, granted to him under the Company's 1996 Long Term Incentive Scheme,
and sold all the shares in the London market at a price of 412 pence per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
