David Oliner Joins Dune Real Estate as a Partner

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Dune Capital Management LP (Dune) is pleased to announce that David Oliner has
joined the firm as a Partner in Dune Real Estate Partners. Mr. Oliner will also
be a Managing Director and Principal of Dune and a member of the Dune Real
Estate Investment Committee. 

Mr. Oliner joins Dune from Morgan Stanley, where he was a Managing Director and
senior commercial mortgage trader for large loans and subordinate products.
During his 11 years at Morgan Stanley, his management responsibilities included
structuring, originating, acquiring, pricing and trading all forms of commercial
real estate debt, including commercial mortgage backed securities. Total
transaction volume for his group during his tenure exceeded $90 billion,
including in excess of $9 billion of subordinate debt trading. Before joining
Morgan Stanley, Mr. Oliner spent 5 years at Bankers Trust, where he was a Senior
Trader in the sub-performing commercial real estate debt trading business.
