Matthew A. Salerno Joins McDonald Hopkins Law Firm as a Member in Cleveland
Office

CLEVELAND, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Matthew A. Salerno has joined the Cleveland
office of McDonald Hopkins LLC as a Member in the firm's Business
Restructuring Department.  Salerno adds to the strength of the Department,
which is one of the largest and most sophisticated bankruptcy and
restructuring practices in the Great Lakes region.

Salerno counsels clients in diverse industries including manufacturing,
automotive and real estate. He represents parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy
proceedings; corporate reorganizations and workouts; state-related insolvency
proceedings, and various commercial matters. Salerno works with debtors,
creditors' committees and trustees in Chapter 11 bankruptcies; sellers and
buyers in distressed business dispositions and acquisitions; court-appointed
receivers; and businesses in commercial actions.

at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
