Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Stephen A.
Dezember and Kevin B. Kelly have joined the firm as Managing Directors to open
its new Atlanta office. Diversified is recognized for delivering high quality
consultative senior-level executive search services and corporate Board searches

Until recently, Dezember and Kelly were Executive Vice Presidents with the
Atlanta firm of Slayton Search Partners. Dezember has over fifteen years of
executive search experience with Ray & Berndtson, A.T. Kearney Executive Search,
and Edward W. Kelley & Partners. His clients have included pharmaceutical,
biotech and device companies with assignments ranging from CEO positions to
executive R&D and technical operations positions. He has also held leadership
positions with Gemini Consulting`s pharmaceutical practice, as Executive Vice
President of Everest & Jennings, and as Vice President of Marketing & Sales for
Bristol-Myers Squibb`s cardiovascular/vascular division. He has written and
presented on numerous subjects including strategies for patent expiration,
managing the new managed care environment, and successful executive profiles for
high-tech emerging organizations. Dezember received his Bachelor of Arts and
Masters in Business Administration magna cum laude from Indiana State
University.

Kelly has more than twenty years of experience in executive search conducting
senior level assignments for general management, financial, sales and marketing
executives, and other functional specialists for consumer, industrial and
financial companies. He has been with Ray & Berndtson, A.T. Kearney Executive
Search, and Russell Reynolds Associates, where he managed the Atlanta office.
Earlier in his career, he was in marketing positions with an Atlanta agency,
Cole Henderson Drake, and with The Coca-Cola Company. Kelly has a Bachelor of
Arts and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
