Board of Directors Approves Changes in Record Date and Stockholder Meeting
Date of ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc.

NEW YORK, June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of ACM
Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc. (the "Fund" - NYSE: ADF) had previously
approved a proposed acquisition of the assets, and the assumption of the
liabilities, of the Fund by AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc.
and now has approved a change in the date of the related Special Meeting of
Stockholders of the Fund from July 30, 2009 to August 21, 2009 and the record
date for the Special Meeting of Stockholders from June 8, 2009 to June 19,
2009.

The Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end U.S. registered management
investment company whose investment adviser is AllianceBernstein L.P. As of
June 9, 2009, the Fund's total net assets were approximately $125,627,000.
