NEW YORK, June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Care Investment Trust Inc. (NYSE:
CRE) ("Care" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has
declared a dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock for the first quarter
2009. The dividend is payable on July 7, 2009 to common shareholders of
record on June 23, 2009.
