Fueling Job Growth in Rural America: Eleutian Technology Purchases Land for
New Headquarters Facility and Residential Housing Development

TEN SLEEP, Wyo., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Eleutian Technology has completed a
40-acre land purchase west of Ten Sleep, Wyoming on Highway 16. The
acquisition marks a strategic milestone for the company's executive team who
is committed to providing quality jobs and growing their core business in
rural America.

The parcel will be the future home of Eleutian's Global Headquarters and will
include a residential development intended to provide for the increased demand
for housing that the company will fuel. Since 2007, the headquarters has
grown from just 2 employees to 18. The company's worldwide payroll is
expected to grow from the current 350 employees to several thousands in the
next 5 years. To support a global enterprise, the future corporate facility
will house more than forty finance, technology, operations and sales
professionals as well as the company's executive team.

Eleutian Technology CEO, Kent Holiday commented, "The company's land purchase
and the future building of our corporate offices in Ten Sleep has been in the
works for some time and will provide for core support functions that will be
required as we build out our global business. It also reaffirms a partnership
we have with rural America, and specifically with the State of Wyoming. We
look forward to continuing to build jobs in rural America during a time when
jobs are difficult to find across the nation."

Terms of the purchase were not disclosed, but Eleutian's executive team plans
to be ready to break ground on the new corporate headquarters in 2010.
