In Chile, about 80% of the people are employed in the small and medium sized
business sector - which contributes only 20% in terms of GDP. The ActionCOACH
franchise is arriving just in time to fill this huge productivity gap.

LAS VEGAS, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Brad Sugars' ActionCOACH franchise recently
granted Philippe Gillier with the Master Licensee rights for Chile.

For Gillier, this business coaching franchise is the best way to contribute to
the development of the Chilean economy as well as build and develop his own
business.

In Chile, the small-to-medium sized business sector accounts for about 80% of
the total employment and yet contributes only 20% to the GDP.

In other regions of the world, the opposite is true. In most world economies,
the small business share of GDP is well over this figure and accounts for more
than half the total GDP for many countries.

"This leaves a huge gap of productivity in Chile, which can be filled only by
educating the small business owner," Gillier said. "This is absolutely crucial
and business coaching is arriving in Chile at the right time."

Earlier this year, the Chilean Government announced a $4 billion stimulus
package to help counter the Global crisis.

"Due to the worldwide crisis, the possibility to succeed with political help
is very strong," Gillier said. "I will reach out to the government so it can
make the coaching program affordable for small businesses - this is the best
investment the government can make in the country's economy."

Gillier, who came into contact with the ActionCOACH franchise at the Franchise
Expo held in Paris last year, believes the company also presents a great
opportunity for those who would like to contribute to the development of their
nation's economy.

"I found the concept of business coaching to be very interesting," Gillier
said. "The possibility of contributing toward the development of companies and
enabling them to better their performance really appealed to me."

Upon further investigation into the franchise, Gillier came to the conclusion
this was the most unique, unparalleled franchise focused on improving
businesses.

"Many of the traditional coaching companies focus on the business owner
instead of the business and do not guarantee business results," he said.
"ActionCOACH helps improve the lives of business owners and their employees
with a focus on the bottom line and real business results."

A professional Rugby player, who has played in the French, Australian and
English teams, Gillier is familiar with sports coaching and strongly believes
there is a huge need for business coaching in the world of business.

"As a professional sportsperson, I often wondered why all successful
sportspeople have a coach while business owners don't," he said. "My search
for an answer ended when I came across the ActionCOACH franchise."

A French national, Gillier brings a winning attitude and many years of
international, executive experience to his Master Franchisee role. He spent
most of his career in the hotel and catering industries in Africa, Chile,
Venezuela and other Latin American countries.

Based out of Santiago, which comprises 40% of the Chilean economy, he will
develop the ActionCOACH franchise in 15 regions in Chile.

A graduate of the ESSEC Business School in France, Gillier also has an MBA
from the Tulane University in New Orleans, a Magister from The Universidad de
Chile in Santiago, a Masters in Law and Political Science and a Ph.D. in
International Relations.
