Mexico's Cemex to sell Australian operations

MEXICO CITY, June 15 (Reuters) - Cemex, one of the top cement makers worldwide, said on Monday that it had agreed to sell its Australian operations for about A$2.02 billion to Switzerland's Holcim in a further step to improve its financial health.
