has agreed to outsource services from FreedomVoice/FreedomIQ. The benefits of
using Freedom IQ services along with the company`s recent announcement of its
partnership with NSG Group solidify the UDS plan to bring high performance
affordable and international IT services to the UDS Group. 

Freedom IQ offers additional cost saving solutions to UDS. As a hosted service,
Freedom IQ does not require UDS to buy on-site call switching hardware. Instead,
the VoIP service is handled by our redundant enterprise servers from a secure
remote facility. This flexible design allows UDS to add phones and features at
any time, while avoiding the risk of the PBX system becoming obsolete. Freedom
IQ also offers betterCall Quality to UDS by using proprietary call-handling
