New management and product development team deliver "enterprise-class" SMS
archiving and mobile device management solutions

FARMINGTON, Conn., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- LegiTime Technologies, the
integrated SMS and mobile device management company, today launched its
revamped product suite and announced a new executive team. The LegiTime suite
of products allows corporate IT administrators to treat SMS like any other
business communication. LegiTime's new offerings store and archive text
messages, as required by financial service and healthcare industry
regulations, and remotely disable lost or stolen mobile devices, while
retaining the information contained on them. Driving the company's strategic
vision are two additions to the management team: Chairman Michael Michigami,
who brings more than 30 years of technology management experience, and CTO
Sanjay Jinturkar, who leads the company's product development efforts and
guides its engineering strategy.

The LegiTime suite of products delivers the following capabilities to the
mobile enterprise:
-- LegiText(TM) SMS Archiving: A copy of each message sent is backed up
on
enterprise servers - required for compliance in regulated industries
and
        desirable for many enterprises
-- LegiText(TM) Inbox Management: Enables message authentication,
        prioritization and categorization
-- LegiAlert(TM) Group Messaging: Integrates with Exchange to allow
group/broadcast SMS communication tools, such as one-click group
designation, message prioritization and group messaging
-- LegiTrac(TM)/Ring, Ping & Lock: A mobile device management option
that stores all of a phone's information on LegiTime's
servers, locates lost devices and then disables them.

"Although more than one trillion text messages were sent in the U.S. last
year, until now, SMS has had limited acceptance in a corporate setting," said
Michael Michigami, Chairman, LegiTime Technologies. "Today, LegiTime provides
the enterprise with a secure SMS and device management system that allows
corporations to incorporate SMS technology into their businesses and make them
truly mobile."

Enterprise-Class SMS
According to CTIA-The Wireless Association, SMS use in North America increased
at a compound annual growth rate of more than 230 percent from 2005 through
2008. As part of this trend, mobile professionals are increasingly using SMS
for informal business interactions. LegiTime's products address this trend
and allow the use of SMS for more "official" business communications.

Now, enterprise users can backup and archive their SMS messages. In addition
to providing the necessary record of communications in regulated industries,
this also allows for policy management and searchable SMS conversation
"threads," making SMS communications as easy and accessible as email. In
addition, LegiText's message management capabilities allow users to
authenticate, classify and prioritize messages into designated inboxes,
similar to their email inboxes, based on its patent-pending Demonstration of
Legitimacy (DoL) technology. The capability to broadcast messages to the
entire enterprise, or any group within the enterprise, is also available.

Centralized Mobile Device Management
LegiTime also helps the enterprise to address the challenge of managing many
mobile devices in the field. Traditionally, lost or stolen devices results in
the loss of sensitive corporate information as well as lost productivity.
LegiTime's Ring Ping and Lock offering addresses this issue. Now, corporate
IT administrators can track and immobilize lost phones and have the data from
the phone for downloading to a new device.

New Executive Team Drives Product Vision
LegiTime's management team is focused on delivering integrated enterprise SMS
services for any operating system and any carrier network. Driving this
vision are two additions to the management team:

Chairman Michael Michigami has served as CEO to three public companies:
Electronic Associates, Inc., Digital Microwave Corporation (also Chairman) and
Datapoint Corporation. Additionally he held senior management positions at
United Technologies Corporation, General Electric Capital, Booz Allen
Hamilton, Texas Instruments, and Data General Corporation.

CTO Sanjay Jinturkar has more than a decade of experience in the development
and delivery of communications and applications software and has extensive
experience in the area of mobile applications and platforms. He currently
holds 10 patents in embedded systems architecture and software, and has more
than 20 conference and journal publications in computer architecture,
compilers, communications systems and multimedia protocols.

Pricing and Availability
LegiTime is offering its downloadable mobile client software for a monthly
per-device service fee. It can be downloaded for a 30-day free trial at
www.legitimetechnologies.com. Fees increase as additional features, such as
LegiAlert are added.

LegiTime's client software is currently in beta and is available for phones
using the Windows Mobile 6.0 and 6.1 operating systems. A beta version of
LegiText is also available for download to Blackberry handsets with operating
system version 4.2 and higher.
