Jacobs Receives Engineering Support Services Contract for Naval Air Warfare
Center Weapons Division

PASADENA, Calif., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group
Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today it received a contract to provide engineering
support services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD).
Work will be performed primarily at the China Lake and Point Mugu, Calif.,
test sites. 

The contract, effective July 1, 2009, has a value of $170.6 million over a
five-year period.

Jacobs has supported the NAWCWD since 1995, providing systems engineering,
test and evaluation, technical data and management support. 

In making the announcement, Jacobs President and CEO Craig Martin stated, "We

Weapons Division, and to contribute to the success of its programs and

address the challenges that come with base closure and realignment
activities."

NAWCWD is the principal research, development, test and evaluation, and
in-service engineering agency for air warfare and missile weapon systems.

Inc. (SA-TECH).
