First adoption of Marvell's 88DE2710 video format converter by Sony

announced that its Marvell(R) 88DE2710 video processor is a featured component
of Sony's high-end BDP-S5000ES Blu-ray player, thus furthering the integration
of Marvell technology into leading consumer electronics devices. Sony's latest
Blu-ray player is designed to offer a consistent, high-quality 1080p image,
vivid true-to-life pictures, and an immersive home theater experience.
