Kenneth A. Napier Joins Board CHICAGO,June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Capacity, Inc. (parent: Capital Growth Systems, Inc. Mr. Napier is an accomplished executive with an impressive track record of professional achievement and military service. Kenneth A. Napier will join the Global Capacity Board as an Independent Director. Mr. Napier brings a wealth of executive management, commercial, government and military experience, including more than 38 years in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Management Information Systems Design, Development and Implementation. He has provided tactical and strategic solutions for enterprises in many sectors of government and commercial work environments, functioning at many levels of senior leadership and authority for government agencies and commercial corporations. Mr. Napier is currently CEO of TechBase and Associates Inc., headquartered in Reston, Virginia, which specializes in the development of emerging technology product companies. He is also President of CITE Health Management Services, a Georgia based corporation which owns and operates senior /assisted living properties in the southeast. Mr. Napier held senior positions in the US Army, serving multiple tours overseas, and ultimately finishing his Army career in Electronic Warfare at the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, San Antonio Texas. He holds a Masters in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University, as well a BS from the University of Mississippi in Computer Science, with minors in Mathematics and Management.
