New site offers a geo-search engine and local content nationwide.

SEATTLE, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Zoodango, Inc. officially launches nationwide
its online local search website and company name, GeoPage(R), Inc.
(http://www.geopage.com) that features its innovative and proprietary local
"geo-search" technology. With this new web application that works like an
online navigation system, GeoPage helps people efficiently find lifestyle and
entertainment venues such as restaurants, hotels and attractions that are
within a specific location range.

Partnering with Citysearch(R), GeoPage is pleased to give people the most
up-to-date and useful local information in a rich user interface. Many sites
only allow local search to be conducted within a single category, like
restaurants, which makes it difficult to simultaneously find a restaurant,
theater, and bar that are all within a single walking distance of each other.
"Our geo-search technology will give people a truly rich and efficient way to
find local venues and plan their whole day or night, especially if they are
looking for multiple venues to hang out at," said James Sun, CEO of GeoPage.

GeoPage offers a new aggregate rating system for restaurants and other
businesses, called GeoPage Rating(R), that takes many of the national ratings
like Citysearch, Zagat(R), and other venue-related sites including
recommendations from GeoPage users. "We are offering a smart algorithm to
give people a better rating system that takes into account multiple sources of
useful information and not just a single star rating," said Sun.

In addition, GeoPage is launching a new feature called GeoBlog(R) which
empowers users to share ideas on "things to do" and "where to go" in a rich
format beyond just writing a single review about a single place. Geobloggers
write creatively about past experiences and future plans and tag places
associated with their blog entries so their friends, colleagues, and other
travelers can benefit from the information.

GeoPage plans to offer the ability for consumers to buy movie tickets, book
reservations and much more - truly becoming the one-stop city guide. GeoPage
also offers a Business Solution to the travel industry including hotels,
travel sites or tourism sites by licensing its online geo-search map
technology.
