ClearOne Names New Vice President of North American Telephony Sales

Dave Petricig returns to ClearOne to lead the North American telephony sales
organization.

SALT LAKE CITY, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ClearOne (Nasdaq: CLRO)

conferencing solutions, today announced it has named a Vice President of North
American Telephony Sales. Dave Petricig will fill the position and report
directly to Joe Sorrentino, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Petricig brings to ClearOne more than 13 years of experience in audio, video
and web conferencing products and services. During this time, Petricig has
worked on the manufacturing, distribution and reseller side of the industry.
He has served in these roles in companies such as ClearOne, Polycom, ReView
Video, CommuniTech Inc. and U.S. Robobics.

Petricig comes back to ClearOne from SpireGlobal, the exclusive US sales,
marketing and support arm for Sony. While serving as Director of Channel Sales
for SpireGlobal, he was responsible for their channel sales and worked closely
with their manufacturer reps to grow the business, as well as managing the
relationships with their direct distributors and reseller partners. Prior to
SpireGlobal, he served as Director of North American Channel Sales at ClearOne
and Director of Sales and Audio Products at ReView Video.

Petricig has his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
