Excitement of 2009 MLB All-Star Game

Cardinals(R) banking promotion offers exclusive MLB All-Star FanFest

ST. LOUIS, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America, the official bank of Major
League Baseball(TM) and the St. Louis Cardinals(TM), today announced new
programs that create unique opportunities for fans to celebrate America's
national pastime during the 80th MLB All-Star Game in St. Louis.

In support of Major League Baseball dedicating the All-Star Game to charitable
initiatives and community service, Bank of America will also be making a
future announcement regarding a new program to benefit the greater St. Louis
community.

In the countdown to the All-Star Game, Bank of America is working closely with
Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals and fellow MLB sponsor
MasterCard to create opportunities to engage fans and delight customers,
including:

Major League Baseball All-Star FanFest Giveaway for MLB Banking Customers
Bank of America is supporting a month-long promotion, offering four tickets to
a special preview event of MLB All-Star FanFest(R) for customers who open an
MLB(R) banking or Cardinals(R) banking account with MasterCard-branded check
and credit card at St. Louis area banking centers through July 6. The preview
event on Thursday, July 9, is exclusive to individuals who have signed up for
the MLB or Cardinals-branded banking products during the promotional period.
The interactive event, hosted by Bank of America and MasterCard, will feature
baseball clinics, a Q&A session with Cardinals legends and much more.

Bank of America All-Star Game "Bonus Day" Program
Bank of America will be hosting "Bonus Day" celebrations at two banking
centers in the St. Louis area each Tuesday, June 16 - July 7, as part of the
countdown to the All-Star Game. The series of All-Star-themed celebrations
will include opportunities to interact with St. Louis Cardinals legends,
information about the benefits of Cardinals(R) banking, drawings for two
tickets to Taco Bell All-Star Sunday, Gatorade All-Star Workout Day featuring
the State Farm Home Run Derby or the MLB All-Star Game, and other interactive
