Small businesses can now affordably collect, manage and promote third-party,
authenticated product reviews

NEEDHAM, Mass., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- RatePoint, Inc., a leading provider of
customer feedback and online reputation management services, announces that
RatePoint product reviews are now out of beta with expanded features and
scalability for future updates.

Small businesses now have the ability to proactively build and strengthen
customer relationships while also keeping an eye on the bottom line by
analyzing reviews and adjusting product offerings.

Product reviews are now included as part of RatePoint's solution for current
customers, as well as part of RatePoint's free 30-day trial. RatePoint
members receive 5,000 complimentary product page views with any membership
level.

"Product reviews, along with RatePoint's reputation management and marketing
tools, create a true reputation hub at a price small businesses can afford,"
said Chris Bailey, co-founder and executive vice president of business
development, RatePoint. "RatePoint's intuitive services provide small
businesses with unparalleled customer insight and reputation management."

RatePoint's product reviews are flexible and easy to integrate into any Web
site allowing businesses to customize the look and feel to match their brand.
Customers submit reviews and rate products with one to five stars along with
detailed commentary. Potential customers reading product reviews can then rate
the review as helpful or not, or report it as inappropriate.

Upgraded features include real-time reporting that can give small businesses
insight to how products perform over time. This allows small businesses to
create the right mix of products and preserve their online reputation. Highly
scalable, RatePoint product reviews will continue to incorporate additional
upgrades and offerings, some of which are a direct result of RatePoint
customer feedback.

"RatePoint product reviews offer our company third-party validation and a
reporting dashboard that is extremely insightful," said Keith Korchma, vice
president of sales and marketing of StreetGlow, the leading brand of
aftermarket performance lighting. "The RatePoint product reviews widget easily
integrated into our shopping cart."

The product reviews feature enhances other online reputation tools small
businesses are using in RatePoint's comprehensive product suite. By providing
both business reviews where customers provide feedback on their experience and
product reviews where customers can speak specifically to their satisfaction
with a product, small businesses can promote third-party, authenticated
reviews through RatePoint to aid new customers in their purchasing decisions.

RatePoint's solution includes customer feedback, product reviews, email
marketing, survey and dispute resolution capabilities to help small-business
owners improve customer satisfaction, build credibility and increase
profitability.
