Romarco announces head office relocation - Appoints Henderson to Haile

SPARKS, NV, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSXV: R)
(the "Company") announces that it will be consolidating its head office
operations in Toronto, Ontario, bringing together the functions currently
carried out in Vancouver, B.C. and Sparks, Nevada. Certain staff members will
be relocating to the Company's offices in Toronto, however Mr. James Meek,
CFO, will not be relocating and as such will be leaving the Company. The
Company's Controller, Dat Huynh will remain in charge of the accounting and
reporting functions of the Company. Mr. Huynh is a designated C.G.A. and
performed all of the accounting and financial functions of the Company during
the year prior to Mr. Meek joining. In addition to Mr. Huynh, Romarco has two
degreed accountants on staff.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr. Roy Henderson has joined the
Company as Controller of Haile Gold Mine. Mr. Henderson has a distinguished
career in mining accounting, holding the positions of V.P. Finance, Corporate
Controller, Director of Internal Audit, and Mine Site Controller for a number
of mining companies including Santa Fe Pacific, Nord Resources, Cobre Mining
and AMAX Potash Corporation.

experience in mine site accounting, budgeting, taxation and cost accounting
