Pennsylvania National Guard, 'Big 33' to Unveil Tribute to 34 Soldiers Killed
in Action

The Pennsylvania National Guard and the Big 33 Football Classic will hold a
special unveiling ceremony at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, at the Joint
Force Headquarters Building, Building S-0-47, Fisher Avenue, Fort Indiantown
Gap, Annville.

Big 33 honorary chairman, Penn State and NFL star Kyle Brady and Maj. Gen.
Jessica L. Wright, commander of the Pennsylvania National Guard, will unveil a
helmet sticker to be worn by the 34 Pennsylvania football players to honor the
34 soldiers of the Pennsylvania National Guard who have been killed in action
during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.  

The tribute will be used throughout the game on Saturday, June 20, with
special ceremonies honoring the fallen starting at 6:45 p.m. at Hersheypark
Stadium in Hershey, Dauphin County.
