  TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 16 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
DUNDEE REIT (TSX: D.UN) today announced a cash distribution of $0.183 per
REIT Unit, Series A for the month of June. The June distribution will be
payable on July 15, 2009 to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2009.
