Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. Appoints New Vice President of
Customer Service and Training

New Position will Focus on Education, Training and Customer Service

HAYWARD, Calif., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Massingham & Associates Management,
Inc., an Associa Company, is pleased to announce the newly created position of
Vice President of Customer Service and Training and the appointment of Kristin
Serdahl to this new position.  

Ms. Serdahl will be responsible for the training and motivating of employees,
ensuring employees have adequate support to provide excellent customer service
and evaluating training opportunities to meet client service goals. 

Over the last three years, Ms. Serdahl has held several positions within
Massingham, her last being Information Specialist. As an Information
Specialist, Ms. Serdahl was able to positively impact client relations through
identifying areas of improvement in policies and procedures.  This experience,
her skills in customer service and client relations along with her educational
background in counseling make her an ideal candidate for this position.
