Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP) (formerly) Equus
Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EQUR).

    Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce completion of its
name change and the assignment of the new trading symbol by FINRA. This
was done as the new name and symbol more accurately reflect Quasar
Aerospace's business.

    Tomorrow we will be updating the investment community on our continued
plans for expansion. The Chief Executive Officer, Dean Bradley, said that
the name and symbol change is an important component for our growing
