Southwest Washington Financial Institution Finds Eastern Washington Ideal for
Disaster Recovery

SPOKANE, Wash., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- IT-Lifeline, the Northwest's leading
provider of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions for small and
medium sized businesses, will provide a suite of recovery services for
Vancouver, Washington-based First Independent Bank. First Independent will
use IT-Lifeline's Business Recovery Center in Liberty Lake, Washington rather
than alternate recovery facilities in Oregon which could be subject to damage
by the same geological, meteorological, or unplanned events as the bank.

"Distance is always a factor for recovery solutions; too close, you may lose
both primary and backup locations to the same event; too far, and
accessibility is a challenge," said Duane Swizer, VP\Director of Information
Technology at First Independent. "IT- Lifeline provides a recovery solution
that is perfect for us--the ideal location--safe, relatively nearby, and
state-of-the-art."

"We're honored to see the high level of trust that First Independent is
placing with us to help them ensure client access assurance and operational
integrity." said Steven Tabacek, CEO of IT-Lifeline. "IT-Lifeline and Eastern
Washington are quickly becoming the ideal combination for regional recovery."

First Independent will be able to restore key data and critical functionality
at IT-Lifeline's Business Recovery Center and take advantage of the Company's
advanced Continuity Suites in the event of business disruption.
