TULSA, OKLAHOMA, Jun 16 (MARKET WIRE) --
Boston Avenue Capital, LLC ("Boston Avenue"), Yorktown Avenue Capital,
LLC ("Yorktown Avenue"), Mr. James F. Adelson and Mr. Stephen J. Heyman,
all of Tulsa, Oklahoma, announced that they have filed a joint early
warning report with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities in
connection with an aggregate of 2,422,000 common shares ("Common Shares")
of Hartco Inc. ("Hartco"), which were issued to Boston Avenue and
Yorktown Avenue by Hartco on April 15, 2009 in exchange for an aggregate
of 2,422,000 trust units of Hartco Income Fund (the "Fund") pursuant to a
plan of arrangement whereby the Fund converted into Hartco. Messrs.
Adelson and Heyman serve as the managers to Boston Avenue and Yorktown
Avenue and exercise control and direction over the Common Shares owned by
them.

Messrs. Adelson and Heyman control an aggregate of 2,422,000 Common
Shares, of which Boston Avenue owns 2,372,000 Common Shares and Yorktown
Avenue owns 50,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 17.81% of
the outstanding Common Shares of Hartco.
