WASHINGTON--(Business Wire)--
Nossaman is pleased to announce that our Partner, Karen Hedlund, has been

years Karen was with Nossaman, we have played a major role in reshaping the way
state and local governments deliver and finance transportation projects. Karen
was a key figure in our clients` success. We are certain she will be an equally
key figure in the Administration`s efforts to reshape federal transportation
