Lockheed Martin to Provide Mission and Business Sustainment Services Support
to Joint Forces Command

LAUREL, Md., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has won a new
contract for mission and business sustainment services with the U.S. Joint
Forces Command's (JFCOM) Joint Concept Development and Experimentation
Directorate (J9). The Corporation is one of two awardees for this Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract valued at $25 million for the first
year.  The contract's total potential value is $135 million over five years if
all options are exercised.

Under the contract, Lockheed Martin will provide core mission and business
sustainment services that will support the research and development,
engineering and technical contractor activities of the Joint Concepts and
Experimentation Directorate. Lockheed Martin's role may include ID/IQ task
management, training, physical, information and operations security support,
facilities management and administrative services, among other activities.

JFCOM's Joint Concept Development and Experimentation has the responsibility
for leading and coordinating joint concept development and experimentation
(JCD&E) efforts of the services, the combatant commands (COCOM), and defense
agencies.
