(Nasdaq:MHLD) announced today that the Company will be participating in the 2009
Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller (FPK) Small & Mid-Cap Bank and Insurance
Conference being held on June 18, 2009. The Conference will be held at the
Roosevelt Hotel New York, located in mid-town Manhattan.

Maiden President and CEO Art Raschbaum is scheduled to present at 10:50 a.m. ET
