BRISBANE, CA, Jun 16 (MARKET WIRE) --
CollabNet, the leader in distributed application lifecycle management
(ALM) solutions, announced today that it has been named to the 2009 SD
Times 100 list in the Application Lifecycle Management category.
CollabNet also announced that the CollabNet-sponsored Subversion open
source project has been named to the 2009 SD Times 100 list in the
Software Configuration Management category. Subversion is a leading
version control and software configuration management (SCM) tool for
distributed teams. Each year, the SD Times 100 honors companies,
organizations, and individuals that most broadly "set the agenda" for
software development managers, developers, and the industry through
leadership and innovation during the previous calendar year. More
information about CollabNet and Subversion is available at www.collab.net.

"We're honored to have both CollabNet and the CollabNet-sponsored
Subversion open source project recognized by the editors of SD Times,"
said Bill Portelli, chief executive officer, CollabNet. "With CollabNet
TeamForge and Subversion, we are pioneering application lifecycle
management in the cloud and bringing the best practices of open source
communities to all software development teams."

The 2009 SD Times 100 honors 2008 achievements. Last year, CollabNet
introduced SourceForge Enterprise 5.0, the predecessor to CollabNet
TeamForge, which brought enhanced ALM features to the industry's leading
Web-based distributed development platform. CollabNet also pushed the
envelope of cloud-based software development, offering both a SaaS-based
integrated suite of enterprise-class issue tracking, SCM, project
management, and collaboration tools as well as on-demand lab management,
i.e., build and test services in the cloud.

In 2008, the Subversion community released Subversion 1.5, which
introduced highly anticipated features, including merge tracking,
interactive conflict resolution, and merge history and annotated logs.

These honors build on two other recent award wins for CollabNet. In May,
CollabNet was named to JMP Securities' "Hot 100" list, and, in April,
CollabNet TeamForge won a Great Indian Developer Award in the Change and
Configuration Management category.
