  LANCASTER, PA, Jun 16 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) will pay a quarterly cash
dividend of three cents per share on its common stock on July 15, 2009 to
shareholders of record as of June 26, 2009.
