SONIC to appoint Brian Farrell to board

VANCOUVER, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - SONIC Technology Solutions Inc.
("SONIC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce today that Brian Farrell has
agreed to serve on the Board of Directors of Sonic.
Mr. Farrell is a chartered accountant with 25 years of experience in Alberta.
Mr. Farrell is extremely active in the business community in Alberta and is a
partner in the firm of Meyers Morris Penny LLP. Mr. Farrell is also Chief
Financial Officer of both Prize Mining Corporation and Mexican Silver Mines
Inc.
Adam Sumel, Chief Executive Officer of the Company said, "It will be a
pleasure to have Brian on the Board as we will now have financial expertise at
the very highest level related directly to our primary commercial focus in the
oil sector.
Mr. Farrell commented, "It is my intention to play an active role in shaping
