Norkom Technologies has been voted the world`s No. 1 provider of anti-fraud
solutions for the second time in the annual compliance software survey by the
readers of OpRisk & Compliance, one of the industry`s most respected
publications.

Conducted among leading financial institutions across North America, Europe and
Asia, Norkom is the only financial crime and compliance software vendor to
achieve top ranking for the anti-fraud category twice in the survey`s three-year
history.

The annual compliance software rankings were compiled from a survey conducted in
April 2009 by OpRisk & Compliance magazine, which was submitted to over 6,000 of
the publication`s readers globally and promoted through the OR&C `Linked In`
group online. Respondents were asked to rank their top five companies across
