Slovakia - Factors To Watch on June 16

 BRATISLAVA, June 16 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press
reports and events to watch which may affect Slovak financial
markets on Tuesday.
 
 MAY EU-NORM INFLATION
 The Statistics Office will publish May EU-norm inflation
data, 0700 GMT. The market expects prices to stay flat
month-on-month, and rise by 1.1 percent year-on-year.
 
 COALITION MEETING
 Leaders of the three ruling coalition parties will meet and
debate current political issues ahead of the regular monthly
parliament session starting on Tuesday.
 
 C.BANK FORECASTS
 The central bank will present its updated economic
forecasts, 1100 GMT.
 
 FINANCE MINISTRY FORECASTS
 The Finance Ministry will publish its updated economic
forecasts.
 
 SLOVAKS SEE GDP DOWN 6.2 PCT, SAY FCAST CONSERVATIVE
 The Slovak Finance Ministry expects the euro zone newcomer's
economy to shrink by 6.2 percent this year, a radical revision
from the previous forecast of 2.4 percent growth, a ministry
source said on Monday.

 SLOVAK BORROWING COSTS UP, FOREIGN DEMAND ABSENT
 Slovakia saw the cost of its domestic borrowing rise at a
bond auction that attracted no foreign bids on Monday, saying
yields mirrored an upward trend in Europe and were also pushed
up by a May international issue.

 CO2 SALE DETAILS DISLOCSED
 The environment ministry has disclosed full details of the
controversial deal on the sale of 15 million tonnes of carbon
emissions under the Kyoto Protocol. The price was 5.05 euro per
tonne. The ministry claimed it sold only 10 tonnes for a higher
price.

 SKY EUROPE'S LIABILITIES
 Czech company Beyond Interactive said some other 100
creditors have joined its activities against the Slovak-based
low-cost carrier SkyEurope. Beyond says SkyEurope owes it
hundreds of thousands of euros.
